Turkish authorities declared on Tuesday the arrest of 7 individuals suspected of selling information to the Israeli Mossad.
Turkish media sources also indicated that “Turkish intelligence, in collaboration with the Istanbul Security Directorate, apprehended 7 individuals suspected of collecting information and selling it to the Israeli Mossad.”
Earlier in January, Turkish security forces dismantled a network affiliated with the Israeli foreign intelligence agency in Istanbul, arresting 11 of its members.
In a joint operation, the Turkish police and intelligence agency also arrested 34 individuals in eight provinces following necessary investigations into an alleged plot by the Israeli intelligence agency to target foreigners in the country.
According to media sources, Turkey conducted operations across the country against espionage networks recruited by Israelis against Palestine.
